This fine coffee is fruity and full-bodied. It has a much brighter profile that will remind you of a Latin American bean with greater complexity and body. The original seedlings brought to Papua New Guinea were Jamaica Blue Mountain (named for the color of the berries) and while the quality of Jamaica�s coffee has fallen in disproportion to the high cost of the beans in recent years, the original seedling stock on PNG has thrived and created a taste destination all to its own.
