This is it: the end of the road. We don�t roast coffee any darker than this. We start with beans that can take it, then roast them out as far as they will go. But don�t be fooled, this isn�t Charbucks. The smokiness is meant to be there and still tastes good-- unlike that Thanksgiving turkey you forgot to take out of the oven.
