Jittery Joe's Coffee Tanzania Peaberry -The peaberry is an anomaly in the coffee world. Whereas most coffee cherries hold 2 coffee beans inside, the peaberry develops without a partner. Some like to say that this gives it more flavor. We're not really sure how to verify that claim, but we are big fans of the Tanzania Peaberry, using it in our Depth Charge and Sundown blends. On its own, this coffee has an assertive acidity and flavor reminiscent of apricot and other stone fruits with a little milk chocolate.
