Tour de Force: We set out to add a decidedly darker espresso to our line-up and we ended up with one markedly sweeter. Another combination of African beans with Central and South American coffees make up this, our most forgiving espresso. The Classic can be a little moody-the grind and tamp need to be just right to keep it in its sweet spot. The Tour de Force will reward you every time.

Of course, being darker it will hold up just fine to any milk you want to add to it, but if you try it straight, you will experience a finish that just keeps going on and on.
